From time to time, we have SUPPORTED HOUSING flats available for direct
applicants to rent.
To be eligible for housing, applicants need to meet the following minimum
requirements.
- Over 60 years of age at the time of application (55 years if registered disabled)
- Already live in the London Borough of Croydon or West Sussex or have previously lived in the areas or have supporting relatives living in the areas.
- In need of supported housing.
Please note that all of our family general housing flats are available through Local Authority Nominations only.

SHELTERED HOUSING
Self-contained flats with alarm call systems in purpose-built schemes with social spaces and gardens. Support provided by visiting Welfare & Support Officer or on- site staff.
We currently have 2 available studio flats at Joan Nightingale House our supported scheme in Haywards Heath.
EXTRA CARE
Self-contained flats with alarm call systems in purpose-built schemes with social spaces and gardens. 24 hrs care and support provided by on-site team. Mandatory freshly cooked midday meal provided 7 days a week.
We have a one bed self contained flat currently available at Lindsay Court
