Executive & Governance Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with Eldon Housing Association. We are looking for a skilled Executive and Governance Officer to support Eldon Housing’s Chief Executive (CEO), Board and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
You will make a significant contribution to the future direction of Eldon, adding value, ideas, inspiration and really drive forward our continued success. There are fantastic opportunities to take forward an independent and sustainable organisation with future development plans.
This is a varied and exciting role, with responsibilities for:
- Providing a first-class Personal Assistant and administrative support to the CEO, including Company Secretary duties.
- Supporting the Board and SLT with administration
- Providing effective governance and compliance support
- Developing promotional, marketing and communication materials
- Implementing and delivering quality assurance systems
You will be joining Eldon Housing at an exciting time in its development and transformation. We have a new Senior Leadership Team, and a skilled and committed Board and we are looking for someone to support us on our journey to be the best that we can be in all that we do.
The ideal person for this role will have strong experience in supporting a Senior staff member and a Board, with a calm approach to work, with strong attention to detail. Advanced IT skills, effective decision-making and strong minute-taking are also essential.
