We are looking for dedicated and reliable Domestic Assistants who are Passionate, Professional and Caring to be part of our team.
Key Responsibilities
You will work as part of an experienced and committed facilities management team, based at one of our Croydon based schemes where you will be responsible for providing a high standard of cleaning service.
Key Skills and Experience
You will have a meticulous and methodical approach to your work, ensuring that standards of cleanliness are maintained at the required level whilst also upholding health and safety.
We are not necessarily looking for qualifications, although sound experience in providing domestic services in a similar environment would be advantageous.

Kitchen Assistant Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Weekend Kitchen Assistant who is Passionate, Professional and Caring to be part of our team.
Key Responsibilities
You will work as part of an experienced and committed catering team, based in one of Croydon Councils residential care homes. You will be responsible for maintaining under general supervision of the Chef high standards of cleaning and hygiene in the kitchen, always ensuring compliance with relevant Health and Safety legislation and basic food hygiene. In liaison with the Chef you will carry out the preparation and straight forward cooking and service of food.
Key Skills and Experience
You will have catering experience in a commercial kitchen and be qualified to CIEH Level 2 Food Certificate (or equivalent). You will be able to follow instruction and be supportive of a charitable, caring organisations aims and values. .

Help Desk Administrator

Help Desk Administrator Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Help Desk Administrator with proven experience in a customer focused business.
Responsibilities
- Managing our helpdesk, logging and assigning repair requests on Computer Aided Facilities Management software.
- Recording data promptly and accurately to evidence key performance compliance.
- Liaising with staff, tenants, service users and contractors
- Ensuring all Facilities Management records including statutory, reactive and planned maintenance are kept up to date
Key Skills and Experience
With good administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), the ideal candidate will be a problem solver who is patient and a good communicator with previous experience in a customer focussed business.

Head Housekeeper

Head Housekeeper Job Description
We are seeking an experienced hands-on Head Housekeeper to work as part of our professional Facilities Management Team based at a 40-bed Residential Care Home and Day Centre in South Croydon.
Responsibilities
- To supervise the day to day domestic and laundry services, ensuring that all work undertaken is completed efficiently and promptly.
- To carry out laundry duties
- To ensure the premises, equipment and furnishings are cleaned in accordance with the Cleaning Schedule providing support to Domestics where appropriate.
- To maintain a stock of cleaning materials and consumables and to ensure that the stock is stored safely, and all relevant data sheets are obtained and maintained in accordance with COSHH where applicable.
- Maintain partnership working to ensure a seamless service to customers.
Key Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Head Housekeeper.
- A meticulous and methodical approach to work, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Experience of managing, developing and motivating a small team of domestic staff.
- Experience of working in a laundry as the role includes the resident’s laundry service.
- A caring sensitive personality and the ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy for older people.
